Pleasant

Photos were better than the hotel itself but the place is a good value for money. Average to good service. Clean room and good housekeeping.

No service at the pool bar at ANY time. I liked this place but ended up moving somewhere else even on the last day even though it meant paying twice.

clean spacious but wouldn’t stay again

pool had a water slide and was fun for kids room was spacious and beds were clean

bed was a bit loose from wall. it would slide around off the wall when busy, also the air con could be cooler . it was 18c but I get particularly hot so I like 15-16c that’s better for me and hotels do have ice cold air con.. also lots of Indians present and some of which are very rude and push in all the time.. maybe it’s a culture thing also the pool bar is in use then it isn’t .. but plenty of shops local to have beer by pool

Bright, large room. Great staff.

Big room. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool areas (two pools.)

An abundance of leering men at the main swimming pool felt uncomfortable. Sometimes only swimming in underwear. If the staff caught them, they made them get out.

Modern and clean

The room and bathroom were excellent, new , modern, spacious, bed was comfy and overall it was very clean ( not so common in Pattaya hotels) . So , it was absolutely satisfactory. The balcony faced the pool, so there was no traffic noise, and no waiting tour buses with engines running all time ,which is a very important issue in Pattaya! It is not right at the beach, but only 5 minutes walk via Soi 7, where lots of pretty bar girls are greeting you on your way with saying " have a drink sexy man " ( even if you are 90 years old ) :-) Walking street is 20-30 minutes walk, 10 minutes by Songtheaow Pick Up van taxi, but you can only get on at the Beach Road. Shopping Malls and Saisong night market 5-minutes walk. The cheaper version of Walking street, LK Metro ( at Soi Buakhaow and Soi Diana ( Soi 14 ) crossing) is 5-10 minutes walk , here you find lots of gogo bars with 60% price level of Walking str. There is a hidden pool in the rooftop of the main building ,with nobody there, so if you want to relax, it is a good place. The hotel is guest friendly, you can take one lady for free , but 2 ladies at the same time is for an extra charge. So you can get a good massage in the privacy of your room. They have a pack of condoms in the minibar, should you need such a product for any reason.

More than 90% of the guests were men from India . I stayed here 4 years ago too , then the guests were mainly Russians, so lots of pretty young Russian ladies at the pool, but now only noisy Indian men, which was dissappointing.

The employees were helpful and kind. The property was located in a good spot. I will stay again when I return.

All the staffs were so friendly and the security staffs were so nice well come greeting

Me and my had a great time we loved staying at Grand Bella Hotel the staffs were so friendly and excellent service the receptionist Mr Jamie was so helpful guy he help us to get a hotel in Bangkok and a taxi to the airport I would like to thank him with all his help

Decent location, close to beachroad. But the ammount of rude Indian man were ridiculous.

Rude and unhelpfull staff, unless they could ask money for it. The ammount of rude and loud large groups of Indian men were insane. (no woman) Could have go to India instead.

I would come back knowing Kris will be at the front desk. Natasha was also very helpful.

Kris at the front office was such a God send. Efficient , professional and very caring .

Noise level at night could be lower especially from group travellers.

Just location and 10 mins walk to beach.

Staff behaviour especially reception desk very rude. Not marching to 4 star level booking.com should review this star level. Poor Indian breakfast food quality. If anyone travelling from UAE don’t compare 4 stars level from UAE. Fully crowded with group tours type guests. Noisy no sound proof. Poor horrible WI-FI we feed up reception response. smelly air conditioning unit.

Good hotel in good location

I like the location. Near center and they have car parking too. They have a separate building for smokers and non smokers. Good English and friendly staffs

Swimming pool was smaller than expected Could be more cleaner. And I think it’s slightly expensive for value
